1. Returns in Case of Manufacturing Defects
We accept returns or offer replacement only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect in the product.
Customers must notify us of the issue within 15 days from the date of installation or delivery, whichever is earlier.
The issue must be communicated via official email or direct call to our customer service team.
Upon verification and approval by our technical support team, a replacement or corrective action will be initiated.
2. Installation Compliance
Certain products require strict adherence to the provided installation guidelines and procedures.
If the installation is not carried out as per our specified instructions, the product will not be eligible for replacement.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that qualified personnel perform the installation as per our manuals and technical documentation.
3. Performance Issues Post-Installation
If a product does not perform as expected after proper installation:
The client must report the issue within 15 days of installation.
The concern must be raised through email or call with detailed information regarding the issue, usage conditions, and observations.
Our technical team will assess the complaint and, if found valid, a replacement will be initiated.
